What to Expect When you have Parasites printable version

1. Depending on your constitution, your commitment and adherence to diet, and maintenance programs, it can take up to one (1) year to kill the parasites, their eggs, and re-establish normal, healthy gut-flora.

· The average time from the beginning of the parasite elimination regime to the monthly maintenance program is 3 – 6 months.

· See booklist for books on parasites*

2. If you want to maintain a healthy gut (body), free of parasites, you must get rid of the toxicity in your body that attracts them.

You can achieve this through a personalized detoxification program. A program like this could include some or all of the following:

a) Colonic irrigations and/or high enemas.
(* see sheet entitled ‘How to give yourself a high enema’.)

b) Herbs and other supplements (ie: acidophilus)

c) Diet regime (it may or may not include fasting)

d) Homeopathic remedies.

e) Skin brushing

f) Castor oil packs

g) Deep breathing exercises

h) Other therapies (not done at this clinic)
** lymphatic massage ** therapeutic massage

i) Emotional releasing

j) Gallbladder flush

k) Cranial / Sacral Bodywork

3. For those of you who have not been on a cleanse of any kind, remember to be patient. It takes time to see results and change eating habits. Twenty years of toxicity isn’t released in two (2) weeks. It takes perseverance to see yourself through the times when you aren’t feeling well. You’ll find you’ll have times of feeling great and other times when you’re not so great. But if you take a long term approach you’ll find the time you’re feeling great will be more and more. Your health will balance out and become more consistent.

4. For annual cleansing, it is recommended to cleanse Spring and Fall at least.

5. For those who have contracted a recent parasite infection, it is far easier to rid yourself of the infection when you have done a thorough cleanse of the body within the last six (6) months.

6. Remember, health is not a destination, it is a progressive, daily experience. It depends on what you choose!
